Section 1: General Conditions

  2. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  3. Prohibited Use: You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

Section 2: Participation Requirements

  1. Medical Clearance: All participants must be medically fit to engage in physical activities. By enrolling, you confirm that there are no pre-existing medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
  2. Injury Liability Waiver: Argentinian Football Academy is not liable for any injuries, medical costs, or damages incurred during training sessions or events. Participants and guardians are fully responsible for all costs arising from injuries or accidents.
  3. Emergency Medical Action: In the event of an injury or emergency, if a guardian cannot be reached, we will take any steps necessary for the safety of the participant. All related costs must be reimbursed by the parent or guardian.

Section 3: Behaviour and Conduct

  1. Respectful Environment: All participants and guardians are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour.
  2. Removal for Misconduct: Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from our programs without refund.

Section 4: Photography and Media Consent

  1. Consent for Media Use: By attending our sessions, you consent to photographs and videos of participants being taken and used for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
  2. Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish for your child to be included in photographs or videos, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.

Section 5: Personal Belongings

  1. Responsibility for Items: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during sessions. Argentinian Football Academy is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Section 6: Weather and Unforeseen Events

  1. Session Cancellations: Training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
  2. Refunds and Rescheduling: Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations, but alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

Section 7: Supervision Requirements

  1. Parental Supervision for Young Participants: We are not responsible for the supervision of children before or after their scheduled session time.

Section 8: Payment and Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the service.
  • A refund can be granted under the following circumstances:
    • Non-attendance: If you are unable to attend, provided you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session.
    • Dissatisfaction: If you attended the session but were unsatisfied with the service provided.

Section 9: Equipment Use

  1. Condition of Equipment: Participants are responsible for returning any equipment provided during training sessions in good condition.
  2. Liability for Damage: Any intentional damage to academy equipment may result in repair or replacement fees.

Section 10: Legal Indemnification

  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants and guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argentinian Football Academy, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in our programs.

Section 11: Changes to Terms of Service

  1. Modification Rights: Argentinian Football Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  2. Notification of Changes: Significant changes to the Terms will be communicated through our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
