Refund policy

At Argentinian Football Academy, we want our clients to be satisfied with our services. Below are our refund and cancellation terms:

Eligibility for Refunds:

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the service.
A refund can be granted under the following circumstances:
- Non-attendance: If you are unable to attend, provided you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session
- Dissatisfaction: If you attended the session but were unsatisfied with the service provided.

How to Request a Refund:

Please contact us at coachsantos@argentinianfootballacademy.com.au to request a refund.
Ensure you provide proof of purchase and details of the service in question.

Processing Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
